STRONG is our high-energy, infrared-heated pilates inspired strength and cardio session designed to challenge your whole body.
The room is gently infrared-heated — warm, not hot — to support muscle activation, improve mobility, and help your body perform better without feeling overwhelming. The heat supports the work, but it’s never the workout itself.
Each session uses time-based sequences and AMRAP-style blocks (as many quality reps or rounds as you can within a set time). You’ll move through purposeful strength, cardio, and core patterns on the mat, with clear intervals that create momentum while still allowing you to work at your own pace.
Rather than chasing exhaustion, STRONG focuses on consistent effort, smart sequencing, and repeatable formats that feel athletic, grounded, and genuinely rewarding.

FORM is our feel-good mat Pilates class that blends mobility, strength, stretching and deep core work in a WARM, infrared-heated environment.
The room is heated gently — not intensely — just enough to support mobility, enhance muscle activation and help the body move comfortably through a wide range of motion.
FORM focuses on clean movement, balanced programming and sequences that help your body feel supported, open and strong. You’ll move through core, lower body, upper body and posterior chain work, woven together with mobility drills and stretch moments that create a smooth, steady flow.
