PureForm Collective Pty Ltd (“PureForm Collective”) will make every effort to deliver classes and services on time and as advertised. However, there may be times when a scheduled class cannot be delivered.
Classes are provided at PureForm Collective’s Footscray premises or online where applicable.
Late entry is not permitted for any class, whether in-studio or online. Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your class start time.
PureForm Collective is not responsible for refunding, transferring, or compensating clients for classes that are late, changed, or cancelled for any reason, or if you are unable to attend due to the class being full.
PureForm Collective provides areas for storing personal belongings; however, we do not accept responsibility for the loss or safekeeping of personal items.
All purchases are final. PureForm Collective does not offer refunds for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address, or any other reason.
All passes, memberships, and offers are non-transferable and cannot be shared.
2. Age Requirements
Clients under 18 years of age must attend their first class with a parent or guardian. After the first class, they may attend alone.
The minimum age to participate in studio classes is 14 years old. A 1:1 assessment with a PureForm Collective instructor may be required prior to attending group classes. Please contact us to arrange this session.
3. Online Classes & Internet Requirements
PureForm Collective is not responsible for refunding or compensating clients who are unable to join online classes due to technical issues, including poor internet connection.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure their internet connection is sufficient to stream the class.
4. Class Booking & Cancellation Policy (Studio Classes)
Cancellations must be made through the online booking system at least 9 hours before the class start time.
PureForm Collective does not accept cancellations via phone, email, or any other method.
Late Cancel: Cancelling within 9 hours of the class start time
No Show: Failing to attend a booked class (including from the waitlist)Fees:

$15 no show fee
(Fees apply to weekly direct debit members and discounted offers such as Introductory Passes.)
Clients on casual passes or class packs will lose one class for each Late Cancel or No Show.
Cancellation fees are automatically charged 24 hours after the class. Clients must contact PureForm Collective prior to this time to discuss any concerns.
By booking online, you agree to the late cancellation and no show policy.
5. Introductory Offers
Introductory Offers may be purchased once per client.
Introductory offers are not available to clients who are not new to the business (including previous casual attendance or ClassPass users).
The offer term begins on the date of purchase.
No refunds, transfers, suspensions, or extensions are provided for unused portions due to illness, injury, change of address, or any other reason.
6. Class Packs
Class Packs expire as stated on our website.
Expiry is based on the date of first booking, not the date of purchase.
No refunds, transfers, suspensions, or extensions are available on unused portions for any reason.
7. Weekly Direct Debit Memberships
Unless otherwise specified, weekly memberships have a 4-week minimum term.
Cancellation:
PureForm Collective requires 14 days’ written notice via email.Suspension:
Memberships may be suspended for a minimum of 1 week (7 days) and a maximum of 6 weeks, via message through the booking app.Payments:
Weekly fees are processed via Momence, BECS Direct Debit, or Stripe.It is the client’s responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available. Failed payments may incur additional bank or Stripe fees.
PureForm Collective may reprocess failed payments at any time once funds become available.
8. Virtual Classes (If Applicable)
Virtual classes are delivered live via Zoom.
Clients are responsible for providing their own equipment and accessing the class link.
If a client is late or misses a virtual class, the session will not be refunded, rescheduled, or credited.
Participants are responsible for their own safety. PureForm Collective is not liable for injuries or damages occurring during virtual sessions.
Instructors reserve the right to deny participation if a client is deemed unsafe or unprepared.
No show fees do not apply to virtual classes.
9. Photography, Video & Content Use
PureForm Collective staff may film or photograph in and around the studio for operational or promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in content, please notify staff prior to class.
Virtual classes may occasionally show in-studio participants. If you prefer not to appear, staff may reposition your mat where possible.
Clients may take photos or videos in studio but must respect the privacy of others.
10. Waiver & Release
By participating in any session at PureForm Collective, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with physical activity.
You agree that neither you nor your heirs, assigns, or legal representatives will file claims against PureForm Collective, its instructors, staff, or management for personal injury, property damage or loss, or death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
PureForm Collective is not responsible for the safekeeping of personal belongings.

Weekly Direct Debit Memberships
• Memberships are billed weekly via direct debit
• A minimum 4-week lock-in period applies from the start date
• After the lock-in period, a 2-week cancellation notice is required (equal to 2 payments)
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing via your account or by contacting the studio
• Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferableClass Packs
• Packs activate on the date of purchase
• Pack expiry dates apply as stated in the product description
• Unused sessions do not roll over beyond the expiry date

• If you require greater flexibility, we recommend choosing a weekly membership option -
PureForm. operates a strict 9-hour cancellation policy for all class bookings.
Cancellations made within 9 hours of the scheduled class or appointment time will result in the loss of the applicable pass.
For Studio bookings on weekly memberships and discounted packs (including Intro Offers), the following fees apply:
$10 Late Cancellation Fee
$15 No Show Fee
Clients holding full-price class packs will forfeit the pass only, with no additional fee.
Please refer to the detailed policy below for further information.All cancellation fees are applied automatically and charged 24 hours after the class has finished.
The 9-hour window ensures that other clients have adequate time to arrange attendance and utilise the available booking slot.
Cancellations cannot be processed via phone, text, or email. All changes must be made through the Momence app or via your online account.
If you wish to discuss a cancellation after the charge has been applied, please message us through the app and we will assist you from there. -
